Jolayne Rehm is a Cree Metis woman with the Northwest Territories Metis Nation currently residing in Treaty 7 Territory, in Calgary Alberta. She has worked for Shoppers Drug Mart for 21 years and currently works at the Alberta Regional office as a Store Process Specialist supporting stores across Alberta. She has spent the past 9 years working with various Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams and currently chairs the Indigenous Inclusion Committee within the Embrace Your Roots pillar for the Loblaws Enterprise. Along with a passion for Indigenous Inclusion and amplifying Indigenous voices, she also enjoys Photography as a hobby in her downtime.
