In over 35 years in the Oil and Gas industry, Andy Fraser has held several executive positions including President and CEO of NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul, CEO of Camex Equipment Sales & Rentals Ltd, President of Finning (Canada) and Managing Director of Finning UK Group. In these roles, Andy has been responsible for oversight of numerous streams of business, from operations to sales and marketing to customer and government relations.

In his current role as President, Civeo Canada, Andy leads all aspects of business, managing operations, assets and people across Civeo’s North American business.

Andy holds a B.A. in economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, an MBA from Royal Roads University, is a certified director with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D), and recently completed a Global Competent Boards (GCB.D) designation in ESG (environment, social, and governance). He’s served on numerous industry boards and is currently the chair of the human resources committee on the ATB board of directors.
