Susan Ross has been a Material Group Manager for Voith Hydro Inc. for over a year. In this role, she is responsible for leading and developing opportunities for Indigenous and minority suppliers in North America.  Throughout the last 15 years, Susan has held several senior roles in various private and public business and industries including academic, health and manufacturing. She is also a published author, of Letters from Shanghai. Susan earned her MBA in project management from Walden University and is a member of the Golden Key Honors Society.

In her personal time, Susan is passionate about giving back to her community and volunteers at various charities and non-profits including Kurling for Kids and Lions Club of St-Lambert.
